No data protection officer has been appointed, as the conditions of Article 37 GDPR do not apply.
2. Cookies and local storage
Neither the website nor the application uses cookies, web analytics tools or embedded third-party content (fonts, videos, maps, social networks). No cookie consent is therefore requested.
The application uses local browser storage technologies (IndexedDB and Cache Storage) that are strictly necessary for offline operation and for keeping your projects on your device. Such technologies are exempt from the consent requirement (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). You can delete this data at any time by clearing the site data in your browser; this also deletes your projects.
3. Processing operations
3.1 Server access logs (website and application)
When you access the website or the application, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, requested resource, status code, data volume transferred, referring page (referrer) and browser type and operating system.
- Purpose: technical provision of the service, stability and security (detection of attacks and errors).
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the secure operation of the service.
- Retention: for as long as technically necessary for these purposes; the logs are then deleted unless a security incident requires their retention. Logs are not used to identify individuals and are not combined with other data.
3.2 Contact by e-mail and pilot programme
If you write to info@concretocadastre.com or apply for the pilot programme, we process the data you provide (name, company, e-mail address, content of the message).
- Purpose: handling your request, managing the pre-contractual and contractual relationship of the pilot programme, and professional communication.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for other enquiries, legitimate interest in answering them (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the statutory limitation and retention periods (commercial records: six years, Art. 30 Spanish Commercial Code). Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted once dealt with, at the latest after twelve months.
3.3 Data within the application
All data you enter in the application — projects, plans, components, measured values, photographs, notes — is stored solely on your device. There are no user accounts and no cloud synchronisation; the data is not transmitted to the provider or to third parties. PDF reports and CSV exports are generated locally in your browser. The provider has no access to this data and cannot recover it if lost.
If you process personal data in the application (for example photographs showing people, names of owners or dwelling numbers), you or the organisation on whose behalf you act are the controller of that processing and responsible for its GDPR compliance. We recommend using neutral component identifiers instead of dwelling numbers and avoiding people in photographs.
The automatic damage classification relates to building components, not to persons; there is no automated decision-making with legal effects on individuals within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
4. Recipients, hosting and international transfers
Data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. For hosting the website, the application and the e-mail mailbox, the provider uses AEserver FZE (aeserver.com), Dubai, United Arab Emirates as processor. The servers are located in the United Arab Emirates, a country for which no adequacy decision of the European Commission exists. The data concerned is limited to the technical access logs (section 3.1) and the e-mails you send us (section 3.2); application data never leaves your device. You may request information on the safeguards applicable to this transfer (Art. 46 GDPR) at the contact address given.
5. Your rights
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process data concerning you and, where applicable, to access, rectify or erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability (Arts. 15–21 GDPR). Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
To exercise your rights, write to info@concretocadastre.com stating the right you are exercising; we may ask you to prove your identity. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the competent authority is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es; you may also contact the authority of your place of residence.
6. Security
The website and the application are delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). As application data resides on your device, its protection also depends on your own measures (device lock, backups via PDF/CSV export).
7. Minors
The website and the application are aimed at professionals and not at persons under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical changes. The version published on this page is the one in force.
